From Curiosity
to a New Perspective

XcorpAerial began during the early days of COVID, when I was sent home from work for 14 days as part of preventive protocols. Looking for something interesting to do, I became curious after seeing a neighbor flying a drone.

Being naturally drawn to technology, I started researching drones, asking questions, and learning everything I could. Before long, I ordered my first drone—a used DJI Spark from eBay. Although that first experience came with responsiveness issues and repeated errors, returning the drone did not end my interest. By then, I was determined to keep going.

I soon purchased a DJI Mini, and that changed everything.

Every opportunity to fly became a chance to discover something new. I was amazed by how familiar places could look completely different from above. Roads, buildings, ponds, neighborhoods, and landscapes took on new shapes and meaning. Sunsets and nighttime views quickly became my favorites, and the feeling of seeing the world from a higher perspective kept me taking off.

The following year, I took the next step and earned my FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification. Since then, I have continued building my experience by capturing photography and video at events, family and friend gatherings, sporting activities, and through requests for roof visuals and chimney observations.

Over time, what began as curiosity grew into a creative and professional pursuit.

Today, XcorpAerial brings together aerial and traditional photography through a carefully selected collection of some of my favorite images. Many are available as wall art designed to bring a distinctive perspective into homes, offices, and professional spaces.

I am also expanding that experience into aerial photography services that can support local businesses and organizations through visual documentation, property marketing, construction progress imagery, and safer access to hard-to-reach areas.

At the heart of XcorpAerial is a simple belief: familiar places can become extraordinary when viewed from a different perspective.

Thank you for taking the time to learn my story and for giving XcorpAerial the opportunity to bring a new perspective into your work, your space, and your life.
